AI-based Tracking Rules for Apps/Websites

Some windows/websites have clear-cut, static categories, but it’d be nice to have dynamic Category suggestions just like we do for tasks, projects, and clients.

For example, I’d like to tell Rize AI that if my calendar says I’m on-call this week and I’m on sentry.io, then categorize as on-call. Otherwise categorize as something else.
