Annoying

The only thing that has distracted me during my work ist this fucking timer above and a notification every five minutes to stop working. How can I turn these idiotic things off ?????O??? It should run in the background and gather my data, so I can look at it at the end of the day. If this app annoys me one more time, I will break my laptop into pieces.
