Automatically connect associated Project when starting a Task

I want the project that is linked to a specific task (set in the Personal -> Task menu) to be automatically connected to my focus session when I start that task. I expected the current linking functionality to do this, but it does not. This would streamline my workflow by eliminating the need to manually select the project every time I start a task that is part of a larger project.
