Bug: Rangoon (+6:30) Time Zone resets to +5:30

Bug Reports

I am unable to set my time zone to Rangoon/Yangon (+6:30). It is available in the dropdown list, but the app automatically resets/defaults to UTC +5:30 every time I save or refresh.
