Cannot create Productivity Goal of Maximizing Time Category type

Hello team!

As stated I cannot create Productivity Goal of Maximizing Time Category type.

STR:

1. Go to Productivity → Goals tab → Add new goal → Maximizing Time Category

2. Go through the wizard with any values

3. Try to add categories to track.

Expected result:

The wizard persisted until you submit Categories

Actual result:

The wizard closes a few moment after changing to Add Categories view
