Disable notifications during microphone/video active

Hey Rize, Is there any way to avoid the Rize notifications appearing when I'm on a call or I'm recording a video, for example? Often times I'm recording a Loom and then Rize will tell me, "Take a break or are you getting distracted?" and so then I end up wanting to turn off these features. In fact I have turned off these features even though they would be very handy to have normally. It's just that because they interrupt the most important parts of the day, which cause me then to redo the thing I'm doing, it's not worth having enabled
