Full Window Titles, URLs, and Search/Filter in Activity Log

I want to see more detail surfaced in the Activity Log, specifically the full window title and URL for each tracked session, visible directly in the log view rather than a truncated title. I also need the ability to filter or search the Activity Log by title/URL substring. This is important because I work at a digital agency where I use the same platforms (WordPress, GTM, GA4, etc.) for multiple clients. The application name alone doesn't tell me which client the work belongs to. Without full titles and URLs, I can't confidently attribute sessions to the right client, which defeats the purpose of automatic tracking. I currently have to switch back to my browser history to manually correct these, which is inefficient.
