Full Window Titles, URLs, and Search/Filter in Activity Log & Time Entries

I want to see full, untruncated window titles and URLs directly in the Activity Log and when reviewing AI-created Time Entries. Currently, the UI focuses too much on the app name (e.g., 'Chrome'), which is useless for agency work where I need to distinguish between different client sites, GTM containers, or WordPress admins. I also need the ability to search/filter the Activity Log by title or URL substrings (e.g., searching for a client code or property ID) so I can pull all relevant sessions and assign them to the right client/project/task in one pass. Without this, I have to cross-reference my browser history, which defeats the purpose of automatic tracking.
