Graphical summary of time distribution for individual team members (Admin view)

I want to see a graph (not just a list) of the time a specific team member has spent on all their projects over a given period (like the past week), similar to the summary I see on my own dashboard. This is important to get a quick visual overview of their total time spent and distribution across operations.
