I pay rize and it's still in the free tier

I have already pay for the rize app in my 2 accounts and its still in the free tier, and its telling me I need to pay again, can somebody help me?

      is indira.almonacid.3d@gmail.com, I also send a email to support explaining all the problem , is was send from my personal account almonacid.indira@gmail.com, this 2 are my accounts
