Improve detection of unplanned Zoom and Slack huddles

I’m really loving the app, but one of the main reasons I got it was to capture unexpected calls/huddles in my day so I can see where my time is going.

However, it looks like Rize depends on the window being the primary window in order for it to capture the meeting. But with remote work, I am often screensharing or you’re working with someone on the and thus away from the Zoom/Slack window.

A better detection algorithm would be:

  1. On meeting startup, the Slack/Zoom window has to be in focus so then Rize knows a meeting has started

  2. Poll every 1-3 mins if the Slack/Zoom meeting window is still present, either in the foreground or background.

Furthermore, Rize doesn’t seem to detect Slack huddle windows well even though the key word “Huddle” appears in the window when one happens AND i’ve ensured my settings enabled Rize to read window names
