Inactive time smoothing

Would love a setting to ignore short inactivity windows (user-defined X minutes).

I get tons of tiny, fragmented time entries from quick pauses. If I could allow small gaps to auto-roll (continue tracking) into the same time block, reporting would be way cleaner and more realistic.
