Mac UI Bugs: Missing window controls, Dock icon glitch, and Distraction Blocker loop

I cannot see the window controls (minimize, close, maximize) when I open the Rize desktop app on my Mac. This makes it difficult to manage the window. I am also experiencing a dock icon glitch where it appears as a small square and a distraction pop-up loop where it keeps appearing even after I say it's not a distraction.
