macOS UI Bugs: Dock Icon, Window Controls, and Pop-up Loop

I want the bugs with the dock icon, distraction pop-up loop, and missing window controls fixed. On macOS 15.5 and Rize 2.3.7, the dock icon is just a small square, the distraction pop-up won't go away even when I say it's not a distraction, and I can't see the window controls (close/minimize). This is really annoying and makes the app hard to use.
