Manually add websites/apps for new rules

I want to add a rule to a website that Rize hasn’t tracked yet because I haven’t opened it yet. I was surprised to see that in the New Rule dropdown, I can’t add a new value. I have to go to that website/app, click around on it for a minute, wait 2 min for it to show up in the activity log, then I can return to Settings → Tracing Rules to create the rule.

This is tedious and Rize should just support manual site and app additions
