Move Up and/or Delay Feature

As discussed in Discord - Being able to move time entries by X amount would be a massive help. Moving the whole day would need to be attached to that.

Example: My day is planned out and starting at 12-8pm. I have some errands to run and I have to start at 1 now, I need to be able to shift my entire day, or just one meeting by a certain amount easily. Resubmitting the entries is very taxing and time consuming. Being able to switch them from Saturday to Sunday or any other day would also be huge. Schedules change and being able to shift them easily is vital.
