Option to hide "Billable Amount" column in reports

I want to be able to remove or hide the "Billable Amount" column from my reports. I was testing out billable rates with a client but I don't like that it shows a price for every tracked interaction, and I can't seem to get these amounts out of my reports. It's important to be able to share reports with only duration and not monetary figures.
