Prompt for 'secure' environments (i.e.HIPAA) where tracking site details is not allowed

From someone living in remote desktops for a large portion of my day:

1. Project prompt for secure environments I work in healthcare consulting, so I’m constantly in remote desktops with PHI/HIPAA restrictions. Because of that, I can’t get detailed tracking inside those environments.

Right now, the site name ties to the client, which works… but I’m usually juggling multiple projects for that same client and it never seems to grab the right one.

It would be amazing if we could trigger a quick prompt when accessing certain sites/domains — something like “Which project/task is this for?”
