Refund Request for Accidental Annual Membership Charge

Hi Rize Team,

I accidentally paid for the yearly membership, but I only intended to sign up for the monthly Basic membership.

While I was trying to complete the Basic monthly plan purchase, a pop-up appeared saying something was updating. After that, the payment page suddenly changed to the $179.99 annual plan, and the payment went through right away before I realized it had changed.

I do not need the annual membership at this time. I would like to try the Basic monthly plan first before deciding on a yearly membership.

Could you please refund the $179.99 annual membership charge and help me switch to the Basic monthly membership instead?
