Report View for clients doesn't work

I went unter clients to view, than clicked on view the report – I assume the PDF – but than I had a bug, couldn’t go back or forward only a black programwindow and some text, that it’s not able to show, I should click there to return to dashboard. But I couldn’t – only quit the program worked to reset rize.
