Selecting “No Client” or “No Project” in filters does not change the results, even when there are clearly time entries missing those fields.

The “No Client” and “No Project” filters do not appear to work. Selecting them does not change results, even when entries are missing those fields. I need to isolate incomplete entries so I can fix them before final time calculations. The expected result is that these filters should only show entries with blank Client or Project values.
