Selective Team Visibility for Billable Work Only

I want to be able to keep my activities private from the rest of the team, except for work that is marked as billable. Currently, if I tag something to a team project, it's visible to other admins regardless of billable status. I'd like a way to ensure only billable entries are shared with the team for privacy reasons.
