Hi Rize team,
I’m experiencing a sync delay between individual time logs and the aggregated totals in reports (weekly and monthly).
Sessions appear correctly in the activity logs, but they are not immediately reflected in the report totals. As a result, exported reports can show fewer hours than actually worked.
This is a serious issue, as I rely on these reports for client invoicing. I’ve already had a case where a delayed session caused me to under-bill my client.
Could you please clarify:
Whether this delay is expected behaviour
How long totals typically take to update
And if there’s a way to force a refresh before exporting reports
Accurate totals are critical for billing, so I’d appreciate your help resolving this.
