Timebudget for Clients

I would like to see my weekly worktime Goals in the calendar view – especially when I view the whole week. Also it would be helpful to have time-budget-setting-options for clients, not just for the projects; specially for the report I would like to chose if I have a weekly/monthly/total time budget for the client – not just some project.
