Timeline and "Jump to Now" logic should respect "Day Start Time" setting (not midnight)

Description: Currently, the Rize timeline and "Jump to Now" button automatically switch to the next calendar day at 12:00 AM. However, my "Day Start Time" is set to 4:00 AM. This causes the "Jump to Now" feature to fail between 12:00 AM and 4:00 AM because it looks at the new day's timeline (which hasn't started yet) instead of the current session on the previous day's timeline. The app should only switch the active timeline and "Jump to Now" target at the user-defined "Day Start Time." 1
