Tracking, not accurate

Hi, I have noticed recently my numbers are not adding up correctly. For example today my activity is being tracked but no suggestions are being made and when i click for a suggestion to be made, nothing happens. and when I look at the reports, the time that it shows for the day(s) and total do not equal each other
