Widget Alerts

I have noticed that the widget is out of sync with the current state I am in. For instance, if I already started a break of 10 mins, the widget will still alert me to take a break, while I am already taking a break. In addition, I notice that my widget clock sometimes auto resets even when I have not approved a break.
